It started with our own family's IPOs.
Every IPO season, our family applied from many accounts: different PANs, different brokers, money moved out of OD limits and back again. We kept it in a spreadsheet, a notebook and a few WhatsApp groups, and something always slipped. A mandate not approved before 5 PM. A refund sitting in the wrong account while OD interest ran. An allotment nobody checked.
So we built IPOYOGI for ourselves first: one page per IPO with every applicant on it, funding and returns in a ledger, and allotment for every PAN in one check. When other families asked to use it, we kept it invite-only, so we can set each one up properly.
The IPO data on this site is free because we check it every morning anyway.
